NFL Free Agency Betting: Top Moves Betting Odds & Preview

The 2020 NFL Free Agency has been crazy.

Big names like Tom Brady, Philip Rivers, Jimmy Graham found a new home. Even guys who were not free agents like DeAndre Hopkins and Stefon Diggs have a new team via trade.

Those moves have changed the landscape of the NFL future odds. Not a lot, but enough to find value. Let’s review some of the moves:

Tom Brady To The Buccaneers

I’m not going to extend much about Tom Brady, because I already did.

But the Tampa Bay went from a team no one cared to a franchise with the 5th best options to win Super Bowl LV. The Bucs now are 20/1 to win the Lombardi Trophy.

DeAndre Hopkins To The Cardinals

The Cardinals were 100/1 at BetOnline.ag to win Super Bowl LV before Monday. When Houston decided to go crazy and sent one of the best wideouts in football to Arizona, they moved to 50/1.

DeAndre Hopkins will join Larry Fitzgerald in the duo with the best hands in the NFL. Hopkins will give second-year QB Kyler Murray a chance to develop. The Cardinals’ offense will be hard to stop.

Arizona still a long shot to win the division at 5/1. The 49ers are the favorites (-110), follow by the Seattle Seahawks (+350) and the LA Rams (+400).

The last two NFC champs are from the NFC West. The division is loaded with talent.

Stefon Diggs To The Bills

Wideout Stefon Diggs also has a new team. He was not shy when saying he was unhappy with his now-former QB Kirk Cousins.

Diggs is now part of the Buffalo Bills. Without Tom Brady in the AFC East division, and the Patriots letting a lot of talent go in the free agency, this might be the Bills’ year.

Buffalo is now +175 to win the AFC East at BetOnline. There is still value there. If you like the Bills to win the division, take them now. New England is the favorite at -110, but both numbers might change soon.

Philip Rivers To The Colts

It wasn’t much of a surprise when the Colts announced they reached a deal with QB Philip Rivers.

Indianapolis and Rivers is a clear fit. The Colts will try to get back to the playoffs with a veteran quarterback in charge. Rivers, however, threw 20 interceptions in 2019, tying the second-most in his career.

Indianapolis (+150) are the favorites to win the AFC South division right now, followed by the Tennessee Titans at +175. The Colts are 33/1 to win the Super Bowl at BetOnline.

Nick Foles To The Bears

The Nick Foles era in Jacksonville lasted four games, and it cost the team $30 Million. Foles lost all those four outings.

The Jags shipped him to Chicago, where I assume he won’t have any problems getting the starting job. Foles is a more skilled passer than Mitch Trubisky, but also his high salary forces the Bears to put him on the field.

Chicago added TE Jimmy Graham earlier this week as well. The veteran tight end hasn’t been as good since he left the New Orleans Saints, but I’m sure Foles won’t mind having him around.

The Bears are +300 to win the NFC North division behind the Green Bay Packers (+125) and the Minnesota Vikings (+200).
